In the spring of 1996, Target Surveys, Inc. was founded and immediately it's commitment to the development community was established. From day one, Target Surveys, Inc. has provided all types of land surveying services to developers and home builders throughout northern Virginia. Over time, we have expanded into the commercial and public sectors as well.

Target Surveys, Inc. was selected to do all the surveying for the largest high school in the Commonwealth of Virginia, located in Richmond. We also provided WalMart and Lowes with our surveying services for the development of a large shopping center located in the city of Richmond, Va. In 2002, Target Engineering, Inc. was created due to an overwhelming request from current Target Surveys, Inc. clients. In the past year, we have been awarded projects in both the residential and commercial/office sectors and are currently working on various projects in Prince William, Stafford, Fairfax and Loudoun counties in Virginia.
